- You agree that all inquiries made via this website or otherwise to Rabbi Sandberg are covered by the statutes of the State of Connecticut and as such, under penalty of law, all parties who fill out a Reservation Request/Inquiry form, a Pre-Appointment Questionnaire form, send an email or make a telephone inquiry to Rabbi Sandberg, agree that the information as described or provided to Rabbi Sandberg by themselves or their representative(s) is true and accurate.
- You agree that any information request made to Rabbi Sandberg is not part of an attempt to collect market or other data, nor part of a data acquisition process for a competitive, market research, university or school, or media project, paper or article, whether related to some aspect of an event Rabbi Sandberg will or would likely participate in or not. You likewise agree to be held liable for any misrepresentations made in regard to this paragraph.
- You agree that you are not affiliated or connected with any movement or organization, either Jewish or non-Jewish, Hassidic or non-Hassidic, including but not limited to movements or organizations such as the Lubavitch Hassidim or Orthodox Judaism, that are active in attempting to prevent intermarriages / interfaith marriages, and you further agree that, whether or not you are affiliated with such movements or organizations, that you are not a part of any attempt to harass, intimidate or dissuade either Rabbi Sandberg or any other person to refrain from participating in or attempting an intermarriage / interfaith marriage. You likewise agree to be held liable for any misrepresentations made in regard to this paragraph.
- If the event is a wedding, you agree that the couple described in any inquiry made to Rabbi Sandberg is truly a bride and groom planning to marry each other and that the couple and/or wedding event described therein is not a sham, faux, or an otherwise fraudulent event designed to deceive Rabbi Sandberg. Everyone making an inquiry or attempting to reserve a date or dates for an event with Rabbi Sandberg, agrees that they are not doing so using an unlawful pretext.
- In any and all cases, you also acknowledge that Rabbi Sandberg has the right to verify any information you've provided and that if you are found to have unlawfully represented yourself/yourselves or your intentions and plans to Rabbi Sandberg in any manner, or have refused to provide Rabbi Sandberg with required documentation, or have otherwise refused to cooperate with Rabbi Sandberg, or in any way otherwise have violated this Terms of Service agreement, you agree that the Rabbi has the right to cancel your reservation, along with any obligation to you to deliver services or products as previously agreed. - Civil ceremony options are available to everyone, if not otherwise legally constrained, regardless of religious affiliation. Traditional Jewish ceremony options are available only to Jews. If an Jewish interfaith ceremony is requested, then at least one party to the ceremony must be Jewish, as defined by basic norms of the the Reform movement, except for individuals affiliated with any of the secular Humanist organizations, many of which claim to be Jewish. Such organizations (i.e. Society of Humanistic Judaism) are NOT considered to be Jewish according to our Congregation's traditions. In addition, interfaith marriages between Jews and Muslims, or Jews and Wiccans/Neo-Pagans, will not be considered by Rabbi Sandberg.
- Regarding wedding reservations: the Rabbi will only negotiate with principals, i.e. the couple getting married. The rabbi will not negotiate with parents, siblings and other representatives of a couple. Couples will be required to meet with Rabbi Sandberg personally, in order to verify identity and suitability. Those couples located too distant for a personal meeting may be required to provide other suitable documentation.

- Notwithstanding other provisions of this agreement, Rabbi Sandberg has the right to cancel your reservation, along with any obligation to you to deliver services or products as previously agreed in the event of non-payment of fees and expense reimbursements within 25 days of the invoice date for such charges. A 20% late charge will be appended to such charges after 30 days of non-payment.
