Direction cards are helpful for guests unfamiliar with the ceremony and reception locations. You may choose to prepare clear and concise directions yourself and have them printed to match the invitation (more traditional) or, to save yourself precious time, effort, and money, the ceremony and/or reception sites may have preprinted cards for just this purpose. Generally, they will provide these to you in the quantity needed.

Accomodation cards may be used for out-of-town guests to provide information on area lodging that is convenient to the wedding. You can have these printed to match the invitations. Information should include several options for lodging including addresses, phone numbers, and, if available, estimated costs. If you are providing lodging for any of your guests (e.g. wedding party members, close family or friends), you may also include a card stating the following:
